Deanna Sophia Danger (they/them) is a Certified Insight Meditation Teacher & Mentor, queer Dharma practitioner, social impact organizer, retired professional performance artist, and WEAVER. Deanna’s approach to the Dharma finds ground within the intersection of spirituality and social impact. In their full time work, they are the Systems Change & Healing Justice Facilitator for the St. Louis Queer+ Support & Helpline (SQSH), where they are also a member of the STARLING Somatic Healers Collective. Deanna supports the St. Louis community as the facilitator of “STL QUEER SANGHA: You Can Sit With Us,” a monthly, inclusive Insight meditation group and community gathering for all LGBTQIA+ folks and co-conspirators, cultivating a path of Spiritual Solidarity, and an Advisory Circle Member at Empowered Spaces, a trauma-aware, holistic, healing collective. Deanna is accredited to teach Insight meditation through The Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center of the University of California at Berkeley, and accredited as a Mindfulness Mentor through Banyan (formerly Cloud Sangha). Deanna’s guiding teachers are internationally recognized authors, Theravada Buddhist meditation teachers, and psychologists, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Ursula Libra Lady is a Licensed Heaven on Earth reiki practitioner, soon to be Licensed Isis Reiki practitioner and Licensed Heaven on Earth Reiki Mother. They offer reiki healing, tarot reading, and life coaching. All Tarot readings are a $1 per minute and most last an hour. Reiki sessions are $50 for 30 minutes and $100 for an hour. Most sessions do not go over 1 hour, but are continued sessions over weeks at a time. In my practice, I use my synesthesia and light magic along with elemental magic to rebalance the body and chakra systems. I can see through my eyes where energy imbalances lie with colors, and a lot of what my practice is accessing the magic and power already inside of my own clients by moving colors around in their body to heal different wounds, be it physical or emotional. My specialties lie primarily in the lower half of the body, working with the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakra where we hold our fear, guilt, shame, body curses, and ancestral knowledge and memory of past lives. In session I will use energy healing and reiki but also incorporate other elementals such as burning different herbs, using different crystals, sound healing with tuning forks or singing bowls as well as speaking light language, and channeling information from spirit to client. Sometimes in session I will also pull cards for people to give them clarity about what the energy healing is going to be like, but also am an experienced tarot and oracle reader and offer those services separately. Most of my clients come to me for healing from sexual and gendered trauma. I am very much considered a death doula and not just for physical death, although that is something I have intuitively practiced before for both human and animal, but for mental, emotional, and spiritual death. I help my clients release the energies, entities, implants, beliefs, and curses that no longer serve them and bring them to transformation and empowering rebirth. I practice a new style of reiki called Heaven on Earth, which is a deep remembering of your own ancestral practices of energy healing. You divinate and create your own style of energy healing and all of the work that you provide comes from what you have intuitively channeled. You basically are channeling your own style of reiki energy healing. What Heaven on Earth practitioners do is not technically reiki, but closer to shamanism and astral journeying. It is healing energy not through specific symbols, but through whatever style comes naturally to you. You go through an initiation process that you set up for yourself through a ritual and guided meditation, and allow your memories and magic be shown to you. I have been a certified Heaven on Earth reiki practitioner since April of 2022 but I have been practicing magic and space holding for people my entire life. I have been in training and coaching for energetic healing since March of 2022, underneath my reiki mother Amira Barakat Al-Baladi or Sarada Muladhara, the root chakra goddess. I have taken many of her classes that are centered around breaking generational curses, unlocking personal power, trusting in your magic, accessing past lives, healing sexual energy, rebalancing masculinity and femininity, reparenting and healing your inner child, and many more. I have been in 12 weeks of one on one coaching, learning how to strengthen and deepen my energetic healing practices for myself and others. I am currently in a program called Root Lock, a 6 month process where I go on to become a Reiki Mother (instead of master) which grants me the ability to teach my own collective and clients to access their own ancestral healing abilities.
