  • TransMission Collective (NEW! See attached flyer)
    • A space for trans & non-binary youth/young adults to find community, support, and resources for their health and well-being. Wed 1-4pm. No appointment needed.
    • Includes assistance navigating SNAP, Medicaid, and housing, and help finding gender-affirming care through on-site counselors. Offers shower, laundry, and toiletries.
  • Medical
    • STI testing: Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Herpes, Trichomoniasis; results available within 2-3 days
    • HIV: Rapid finger-prick test: result in 20min, confirmed with blood draw and additional test if rapid test is positive
    • Testing available daily and free (including free treatment for positive results)
    • 314-535-0413 ext. 1: Call at 9am for same day medical services including: Birth control, Symptomatic testing (symptoms include: discharge, odor, burning, bleeding, bumps), STI treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and trichomoniasis, PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV prevention)
    • 314-535-0413 ext. 2: Same or next day appointments for: HIV or STI testing with no symptoms
    • PrEP Clinic offers daily medication for the prevention of HIV
  • Mental Health
    • We offer free counseling to youth and young adults ages 13-24 who live in St. Louis city or St. Louis county, regardless of their income or insurance status.

  • Case Management
    • 314-535-0413 ext. 5: Case management (resources for housing, food, employment, legal, and public benefits), call to make an appointment
  • Drop-In
    • 314-535-0413, ext. 5: To make an appointment for drop-in services. Due to COVID-19 precautions, our drop in services and space is not available on a walk-in basis.
    • Services include: Shower; Laundry; Computer (for job, school or application activities); Food; Other resource information and assistance
  • COACH Clinic
    • 314-535-0413 ext. 4: The COACH Clinic is a unique program that is designed to ensure that foster youth (ages 13-17) are able to have stable and consistent access to health care services.
