St. Charles Victim of Crime Assistance

Missouri has joined the ranks of many states by passing a constitutional amendment to provide victims of crime several rights.

The Prosecuting Attorney's Office will strive to ensure that victims are informed of their rights; and that all victims are treated with dignity, respect, courtesy and sensitivity.
