"Scattered site transitional housing and assistance in finding housing. Must have verifiable income. We are a Lutheran ministry working with homeless families through permanent housing, counseling, and home-based case management.
Humanitri provides support for prisoner families. Prisoner Family Bus Transportation. Next Steps-Ex Offender Re-entry Program.
