Description

Microgrants provide trans and nonbinary people with low-barrier funds and support to:

  1. Correct names and/or gender markers on identifying legal documents,
  2. Fund gender-affirming permanent hair removal
  3. Supply necessities for our trans siblings behind bars.

The program can help you update your government identification documents, including:

  • Passport
  • Driver's License and State ID
  • Court Order Name Change
  • Immigration Documents
  • Tribal IDs

At this time they are __NOT __able to offer financial assistance for:

  • Birth Certificates
  • Medical needs or procedures
  • Housing

Their advocates will guide you through the process and paperwork, and then they’ll cut you a check for the entire cost.
