Erise Williams & Associates Inc. (doing business as Williams & Associates, Inc.) is a community-based public health agency addressing minority health disparities and health equity. The mission of the agency is to provide public health education, prevention, wellness, and treatment interventions that address health disparities while promoting health equity for Black and other marginalized people. Founded in 2002 by Erise Williams, Jr. and James Edward Green.

Ryan White Care Services

Providing support and free services for people living with HIV (PLWH)

  • Medical Case Management (MCM) Case Management services for PLWHA so they can access the healthcare and other services they need to stay healthy. Includes: HIV care and treatment, assistance with health insurance, treatment adherence counseling, mental health care, dental care, transportation, nutrition services, housing and utility assistance. PLWH living in the St. Louis, MO area with incomes below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for services. To link to services call the Linkage to Care Hotline at 314-356-0200.
  • Early Intervention Services (EIS) Extra support to minority groups to overcome barriers to engaging in HIV care. Includes: Identification & Location, Intensive Support & Referral, Outreach & Health Education. PLWH in the St. Louis, MO area must be Black same gender loving men ages 13-44, Black cis-women ages 25-55 or Transgender, Intersex or GNC persons of color.   • Psychosocial Support Services (PSS) Support circles that provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for PLWH. Includes social support, information, encouragement, and networking. Available groups meet once a month and include groups specifically for Black same gender loving men and Black women, as well as an open group. STL MADE

STL MADE is a Williams and Associates program that helps Black people live their best lives.

  • What STL MADE has to offer: Free therapy sessions; Substance misuse treatment, support, and recovery; Free condoms and HIV/STI testing; A safe, non-judgmental space to be yourself; Social activities like game nights, movie nights, barbeques, and more

HIV Prevention Services

STD/STI prevention and treatment HIV risk reduction services for young African American men 18-29 years old who are at risk for HIV acquisition.

  • The program is for 18-29 African American young men at risk for HIV infection. The program provides a wide array of HIV risk reduction strategies including STD screenings, behavioral interventions, leadership development, health education among others
  • The program addresses the needs of the population of focus from a culturally sensitive perspective
  • The population focus benefits from the program having a variety choices to address HIV risk. They care about the program because it is free, accessible, and appropriate for their immediate needs
  • The program is for young African American men 18-29. The only criteria for the population of focus to participate is that they are young African American men 18-29 who are at risk for HIV infection
  • We are offering free & confidential screening for: HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B & C, Chlamydia & Gonorrhea. Screenings are conducted on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 3pm to 7pm. Screenings are by appointment only. Screening are available at two locations; 3737 North Kingshighway Blvd., Suite 204-206,St. Louis, MO 63115, or 3533 Dunn Rd., Suite 228, Florissant, MO 63033. The program features Mpowerment a behavioral intervention which specifically focus on the needs of young African American men 18-29
  • There is no cost for participation
  • English is the language the program is delivered in
