At this time, it is not offered in Missouri in full capacity or possibly not at all as of recent news. However, you can use an Illinois address/PO box and pick up meds at an Illinois pharmacy. Consider asking anyone with an Illinois home address or PO Box to subscribe to this service.
From Plume: "In response to the MO AG ruling, we will provide gender-affirming hormone therapy at no cost before the rule goes into effect from April 24 to April 27."
Plume is not currently active in South Dakota, Kansas, Mississippi, or South Carolina.
