Description

The St. Louis County Continuum of Care (CoC) is a dedicated alliance of community leaders working to provide housing stability to struggling families and individuals in our area. We work together to sustain a community-wide crisis response system capable of providing prevention resources; outreach and other supportive services; emergency, transitional, and permanent housing options to the most vulnerable members of the St. Louis County community.

Mandated by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the St. Louis City Continuum of Care strategizes and plans a coordinated, comprehensive approach to providing housing and services for people in danger of becoming homeless or experiencing homelessness.
