Online / TeleHealth Counseling We have recently begun offering TeleHealth Counseling as an option. TeleHealth Counseling utilizes HIPAA compliant platforms for communicating with your counselor. Depending on what insurance you are using, or if you are self-pay, you may have the option of either phone sessions or video call sessions. Some clients may choose to utilize TeleHealth Counseling as the main format for talking with their counselor. Others may utilize mostly in-person sessions, while taking advantage of TeleHealth Counseling intermittently for situations when they cannot make it in to the office. Click here to learn more!

Group Counseling Services Our counselors offer group counseling services on various subjects on an as needed basis. Typically, groups get started when one of our counselors gets a request for one, or notices a trend among their clients that they may benefit from interacting with other clients who are dealing with similar issues. Anytime a group is going on, we will post the details and sign-ups here on our website, on our social media pages, and we will send out info through our email list.

Workshops & Presentations Our counselors have led workshops for local organizations, schools, churches and medical facilities. Groups have benefited greatly from our presentation services based on the following topics:

  • Addiction
  • Childhood and Adolescence
  • Eating Disorders
  • Faith
  • Depression
  • Worry, Anxiety, & Panic Attacks
