-Ramp: The entrance to the gardens is inside a building that is at the top of a set of stairs. There is a ramp, but it zig zags back and forth.
-Mobility devices: They provide mobility scooters; you do not have to pay but do need to give them a government-issued ID as collateral for as long as you borrow the scooter. A lot of the gardens are inaccessible in a scooter or wheelchair, but a lot is still visitable!
St. Louis City & County Resident Discount
In appreciation for their ongoing support of the Garden through the Metropolitan Zoological Park and Museum District, St. Louis City/County residents enjoy discounted general admission to the Garden daily and free Garden admission on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 a.m.–noon, with early walking hours from 7–9 a.m. (free admission is limited to available capacity and available for onsite walk-up entry only; not available for advance purchase). Free admission and early entry do not apply on festival and holiday weekends, including Labor Day Weekend.
