Provides survivors of abuse, assaults, and threats with a substitute address for IDs, driver licenses, court documents, etc. Requestor must 1) be a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or rape, 2) have recently moved to a safe address, 3) take other steps to protect themself, and 4) be a Missouri resident. www.MoSafeAtHome.com 866-509-1409 SafeAtHome@sos.mo.gov

If a caller is a survivor of interpersonal violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, stalking or other crime (or living with a survivor and fearing for future safety) and looking for an alternate address for government documents for safety, they can contact the Safe at Home Program.
