Description

Ashley Bell, PLPC offers LGBTQ+ affirming, person-centered mental health therapy to teens and adults & leads a free chronic illness support group (starting May 5, 2024).

Therapy for individuals & couples

Ashley utilizes person-centered and eclectic therapy techniques. She specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat PTSD, and often works with:

  • Body-based trauma: car accidents, sexual assault, chronic illness, or natural disaster.
  • Anxiety or depression
  • New life transition
  • Finding purpose
  • Early adult or midlife career needs
  • Premarital counseling

Therapy for teens

  • Divorce or remarriage of the parents
  • Career or college exploration
  • Trauma, including sexual assault
  • Bullying or other interpersonal concerns
  • Behavioral or decision-making concerns

Chronic Illness Support Group

  • Begins Sunday, May 5th 2024
  • 3-4.30pm CT
  • Buder Library
  • No cost, walk-ins welcome

Under Supervision of Shelley Wolfmeyer, MA, LPC.
