Andrea is the owner and founder of Womb Care Womxn. She is a spirited and grounded black identified woman is from St. Louis Missouri. In May of 2019, she received her Birth, Labor and Postpartum training at Jamaa Birth Village in Ferguson Missouri.

As a full spectrum doula, Andrea support Black pregnant folks create birthing plans, offers child birth education, offers continuous, 12-48 hour labor and birth support throughout their pregnancy journey. She believes transformation and liberation for Black & brown womxn, babies folks & families can happen when there is great advocacy and care giving.

Pleasure mapping is an intentional act of “mapping” what parts of the body loves very specific pleasure through touch/sensations. It’s a way to explore pleasure through touch. To figure out what intensity, temperature, tempo you love! You’ll find what brings you sensual pleasure. It’s a great skill that helps you get to know your body and your partner/s body better.

During 60-minute sessions:

• you’ll learn more about pleasure mapping, it’s benefits & how they support yourself and partners.
• we’ll map the body part of your choice (refrain from major erogenous zones)
• we’ll talk about our ideas of sensual pleasure, thoughts, feeling and even memories that up while we’re mapping
• we’ll co-create a list of & chat about exercises, activities you can do to prioritize your pleasure everyday.
• I’ll sweetly check-in/follow up a week later to see how those exercises and activities are going.
