Description

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, early-intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges.

A series of courses, both online and classroom, that help the public identify and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. They also provide trainings to become an instructor yourself.

Courses are offered in person and virtual. Each course date shows the funding source and if the course is free or costs a fee.
