Description
The website includes a list of cooling sites in Missouri and Southwest Illinois, compiled by United Way. These are open mostly during daytime hours.
Cooling Sites offer the general public air-conditioned relief and cool water during the hottest part of the day. Sites are activated if an Excessive Heat Advisory or Warning is issued by the National Weather Service.
To ensure a site is operating during the time you plan to visit, please call the site ahead of time.
