Description

Metro is the St. Louis metropolitan region’s public transportation system.

Hours of operation: Schedules on website titled Fares and Passes.

Ticket Prices: MetroBus one ride - $1.00, Metrolink Rail one ride - $2.50, One-Day Adventure Pass Bus/Rail - $5.00, Weekly pass Bus/Rail -$27.00, Monthly Pass Bus/Rail - $78.00. See website link titled Fares and Passes or attachment for more ticket types. Tickets can also be purchased and displayed on the Metro Transit App.

Reduced Fare: Seniors (age 65+) Customers with disabilities, customers who possess a medicare ID, and children ages 5-12 can ride Metro for half price. Website includes Call-A-Ride information. Children 4 years old and younger ride free - No special pass is required, however proof of age may be requested.

MetroBus – MetroBus riders must display a valid pass or pay a reduced rate for each MetroBus boarding: $1.00 for full-fare customers | $0.50 for reduced-fare customers. Passes may be physical cards and tickets or digital from the Metro Transit App.

MetroLink – Valid fare is required for MetroLink. All passengers must have a valid ticket or pass while riding MetroLink. Metro is nearing the completion of a $52 Million program to install hostile infrastructure that targets fare evasion and limits accessibility to vulnerable populations under the guise of crime prevention.

Metro Call-A-Ride – A paratransit service, with advanced reservations available for individuals with disabilities who qualify for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit services. The service operates a fleet of more than 120 accessible, wheelchair-lift equipped vans. Fare collection resumed on Metro Call-A-Ride on June 21, 2021, valid fare is required.
