CHIPS Health and Wellness Center offers:
- Safety net medical service and behavioral healthcare to low-income uninsured and underserved residents of the St. Louis metropolitan area
- A sliding scale or no fee for wide range of clinic services and community programs
- Must be a CHIPS patient
