Description

Cooper House Provides housing and related supportive services to improve quality of life and health outcomes for people affected by HIV/AIDS. An interfaith organization established in 1988, whose sole mission is the provision of safe, secure and affordable housing for people living with HIV/AIDS. Provides a complete continuum of housing options ranging from direct rental subsidy to licensed residential care units. Services available 15 Missouri and Illinois counties surrounding the metropolitan St. Louis region.

Services offered: Provides housing and related services to those affected by HIV/AIDS, has many housing programs for varying situations

Accessibility: Need a verified diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, proof of financial need, and should be enrolled in HIV/AIDS case management services through an agency; once you are enrolled in case management, you can be referred to DOORWAYS by health care providers, social service providers and case managers
