Description

NGF provides microgrants to our trans+ community members in need to support:

  • gender affirming healthcare
  • housing & living expenses
  • legal fees
  • education/professional development

All funds are distributed directly to trans+ individuals. Trans+ is an umbrella term for anyone who does not identify with their sex assigned at birth. Non-binary, genderqueer, two-spirt, and gender-nonconforming folks are encouraged to apply. NGF does not grant funding to organizations at this time.

NGF have four giving cycles each year. Funds are distributed 2-4 weeks after submissions close. Request cycles open from:

  • Summer: June 1st – 30th
  • Fall: September 1st - 30th
  • Winter: February 1st - 28th
  • Spring: April 1st - 30th
