Works with prison inmates and their families to provide various services. Ask your parole officer to send a referral to CJM Direct Services Criminal Justice Ministry for short-term assistance, including welcome backpacks, bus passes, clothing vouchers, etc. Free anger management classes for anyone that might need them for probation or parole. Call the main number for dates and times. Release to Rent for Veterans: Limited openings in scattered supportive housing for qualified veterans who are homeless and have a criminal record. Release to Rent: Up to a year of supportive housing for men completing long-term sentences who can work full time and are without community support. IMPORTANT: The best chance of being accepted to the rental programs is to contact them by letter at least six months before your release date, or through a referral from your parole officer.
