Description
Project ARK provides services that enhance the lives of children, youth, women, and families infected, affected, and at-risk for HIV through coordination of medical care, social support, and prevention services. Offers free testing for HIV (both conventional and rapid tests).
Walk-in testing hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm and 1pm-4pm
Services offered: Free walk-in HIV testing (blood test, finger prick test, and oral swab test. Traditional tests take one or two weeks, rapid take 20 minutes, Project ARK offers both); walk-in syphilis testing (blood test, draw sample of blood, generally back within 2-3 days); support groups; access to HIV care and treatment 4169 Laclede Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108 (the SPOT is on the first floor)

The only organization in the St. Louis Metro area that specifically coordinates medical care, social support and prevention services for people infected, affected and at risk for HIV. Provides direct services, advocacy, funding, and access to research.
