Trained to work with LGBT* (pronouns, acronym, support looks, in-person full day training) Word on the Street: General positive things but don’t know specifics (people who work there are cool). Really great for people in process of leaving abusive situation and need a few hours in a safe place to make phone calls, be in A/C or heat.
