A real-time peer support network for people questioning the role of religion in their lives, dealing with the negative impact of religion in their lives, and anyone who has friends or relatives facing these transitions.

The hotline offers a safe space for callers to share and explore their thoughts and feelings. It is anonymous, confidential, and offers relevant resources and referrals. You can also schedule a conversation and access their list of resources.

Support groups

Recovering from Religion also offers virtual and in person support groups all across the world.
