Garcia Properties was founded by Jenifer & Ivan Garcia in 1999 with one driving desire -- to leave whatever they touched a little better.

Garcia Properties had humble beginnings & the kind of stories you share around a campfire. After a slew of miserable jobs & a failed get-rich-quick conference (ha), it was a simple 80-page book on rehabbing mobile homes that sparked a vision. After a short stint in the mobile home industry, the Garicas began rehabbing 4-family homes in South City — one at a time — with care, precision & a deep-seated love for the neighborhood they called home...& people quickly took note. One 4-family led to another, one skill led to the next & before long both sides of the family had packed their bags & moved to St. Louis to join the upstart business.

21 years later, Garcia Properties, Garcia Mortgage Team, Garcia Insurance Advisors, Garcia Construction & Garcia Property Management still operate with that same attention to detail, care & love for the city.

It’s that simple mantra, along with an interwoven passion to make their neighborhood a better place & St. Louis a better city, that continues to drive all facets of the Garcia brand.
